Fasting clears the body, cleanses the mind and can have a very healing effect. This is the beautiful side of fasting, when you have put all the effort and a lot of inner resistance behind you.
Those who fast generally takeno solid food and usually does this for several days, preparing for it and investing resources - time, energy and money. That sounds like hard work when you read it, especially when you are about to start your first fast and you have not yet felt the wonderful benefits of fasting on your own body. Because one thing can be said in advance - the feeling afterwards alone is worth the few days. We recommend that you treat yourself to such a break regularly.One day can already be enough.
Starting the system from scratch - a reboot.
If you have decided to do this, you can also have a fast day every month. I know that especially in everyday life, between all the to-dos, a day without eating can be a lot. Even if it doesn't sound like much at first, but when the day comes, you can think of very good reasons why you'd rather not do it.
Our mind is very creative in letting us into our comfort zone so as not to have to expend extra energy on change and new experiences. But right here, outside the comfort zone, is the place where we begin to live, to feel good.
In the beginning, stomach growling is not excluded. How we respond to that growl is up to us, though. We can perceive it as a nice feeling, as something that reminds us that we are doing something good for our body and mind and our stomach thanks us for taking care of it. We create our reality in our heads, you can imagine your thoughts as a kind of screenplay, we are authors and directors and we have the development of the story in our own hands.

There are a few rules to follow.

#2 no sugar, alcohol or caffeine
#3 Thou shalt not eat solids.
#4 anything liquid is allowed.
#5 you can have as much liquid as you like.
#6 Do it as often and for as long as you feel comfortable (this can be one day, or ten days).
