The mixture supports your body in bringing the acid-base balance into balance and is used in detoxification and fasting cures to draw pollutants out of the body. Also contains basic minerals and zinc.

Mineral Blend: Sodium Hydrogen Carbonate, Calcium Carbonate, Citric Acid, Magnesium Citrate, Potassium Citrate, Disodium Hydrogen Phosphate, Zinc Citrate

Dissolve 5 g (1 teaspoon) in 124 ml of warm water twice a day and let it bubble out. Fill up to at least 250 ml and drink at intervals between meals (at least 30 minutes before or 60 minutes after).
