Seed Cycling is a purely natural way to regulate your hormonal balance. Different seeds (Moon Mix I & II) are consumed in the different phases of the cycle to support the hormone balance. Certain oils, vitamins, and nutrients found in the seeds help the body produce, secrete, and metabolize hormones.

Black sesame (kbA), white sesame (kbA), sunflower seeds (kbA), hemp (kbA), Chia seeds (kbA), Kakaonibs (kbA)
The seeds contained are rich in omega-6 fatty acids and are used to support the second half of the cycle (from ovulation to the onset of your period). They keep progesterone levels stable, the lining of the uterus thickens, and the body prepares for the end of the cycle.
Dose: 1 teaspoon daily. The seeds can be eaten pure or in muesli.
