Seed Cycling is a purely natural way to regulate your hormonal balance. Different seeds (Moon Mix I & II) are consumed in the different phases of the cycle to support the hormone balance. Certain oils, vitamins, and nutrients found in the seeds help the body produce, secrete, and metabolize hormones.
Moon Mix I (Day 1-14: Spring)
Linseed (kbA), pumpkin seeds (kbA), hemp seeds (kbA), Chia seeds (kbA), Coconut flock (kbA)
The seeds contained are rich in omega-3 fatty acids and serve to support the first half of your cycle (from period to ovulation). The little helpers support the regulation of the estrogen balance so that the lining of the uterus can build up properly. Dose: 1 teaspoon each day. The seeds can be eaten on their own or mixed with muesli and salad.
