That feverfew (Tanacetum parthenium) has been a popular herb in folk medicine since ancient times. It has had many names over the centuries; Bertram, fever herb, maidenwort, mother chamomile are just a few.

It is used in a similar way to chamomile. For cramps, to stimulate digestion and for numerous women's ailments. Since the 1950s, the effect on migraine patients has been investigated.
