You will be guided through an evening of Ritual for Mantra Meditation, Breathwork, Sound Healing and Self•Love practices.
• Ceremonial Cacao Ritual, with Cacao sourced directly from Guatemala.
• Mantra Meditation, moving energy throughout our body with our breath,
• Beauty rituals that connect us with touch and revitalize our bodies.
• Accompanied by Meditative Sound Frequencies that assist in re•calibrating and calming of our nervous systems.
Please bring a yoga mat and blanket for optimal comfort, any sacred items welcomed and arrive 15 minutes prior to set your space.
