The Japanese tea ceremony at home

The dry tea leaves of our matcha are traditionally ground in a granite mill. This gentle process generates less heat than conventional mills, which means the nutrients remain in the plant.

Matcha tea is rich in antioxidants Catechins as well as carotenes and vitamins A, B, C and E.

Our Matcha has its home in Japan and is organically grown.
