For the detox effect, the plant material should be warm. Pour the hot mixture over and leave to stand for 10 minutes. You can either fill the still hot herbal mixture into the washcloth, or soak the washcloth in the plant decoction and place it on the lower abdomen or the kidney area. 

Lie relaxed on your back and take at least 20 minutes for the wrap. 

The content is enough for about 6-8 wraps.
