Medicinal herbs such as stinging nettle, yarrow and buckhorn have an antibacterial effect and support our entire system. Galangal root, turmeric and pepper warm the body from the inside and Tulsi as an adaptogen calms the nerves. Shiitake and Pom Pom Pilze are well-known all-roanders from traditional Chinese medicine.
