Earth Meditation with Sophie weekly

The Earth is our home. We chose her to nurture us on this journey of joy, pain, compassion and love. She’s our mother - she holds us, loves us and teaches us the lessons we need to accomplish in order to live a happy and fulfilled life. 

Developing a good connection to our mother helps us to understand why we came here, what our purpose is and why this time/space reality is important for our individual and collective evolution. 

In this meditation we are opening a space, that allows us to root deep into the ground - connecting with all layers of the earth and anchors us in this third dimension density. All of the above is necessary to develop an understanding of our higher self, finding our true nature and establishing a communication to the stars and the heavens. 

The deeper we ground - the higher we rise.
