Thymians (Thymus vulgaris) contains a number of very effective ingredients. It is characterized by thymol, an essential oil contained in the leaves. The oils are contained in fine hairs that break when touched.

Thymol has an immune-stimulating effect and is therefore versatile. The essential oil carvacrol is also responsible for the healing properties of thyme, although it is contained in smaller quantities than thymol. In addition to the essential oils, it also contains tannins, flavonoids and terpenes.

Für die besten Ergebnisse empfehlen wir, 2-3 mal täglich jeweils 20-30 Tropfen der Löwenzahntinktur pur oder in ein Glas Wasser zu geben und vor den Mahlzeiten einzunehmen.
