Lymph Flow is a composition of various essential oils that Removal of the lymph fluid support and the detoxification process in the body boost. The Lymph Flow is best suited in combination with ours Trockenbürste.

Application:

Step 1: Spread 4-5 drops of Lymph Flow in the palms of your hands

Step 2: Circular movements or starting on the top of your feet

Step 3: Legs, hands and arms, brushing towards the heart

Step 4: Brush your back, shoulders and neck

Step 5: Larger counter-clockwise movements on abdomen

Step 6: Then brush lightly over your breasts, avoiding nipples
