What is Yoga?

Very often Yoga is reduced to merely the physical Aspekt or solely the meditative one. But actually Yoga can be seen as a beautiful blend of physical vigor and serene contemplation, where strength meets stillness in perfect harmony. The dynamic practice strengthens the body, enabling graceful repose in seated meditation, while the tranquility of meditation nurtures the resilience needed to prolong the poses. Patanjali's Yoga Sutra 2.46 "Sthira Sukham Asanam," meaning effort and ease in every asana, emphasises the delicate balance between stability and comfort.

What to expect?

A balance of effort and ease (Sthira Sukham). In other words: a flow towards rest – two hours of yoga with dynamic, powerful Vinyasa Flow, followed by meditation, restorative poses, and an extended Savasana. Special emphasis is placed on hands-on assists to support and deepen the practice individually. All levels are welcome.
