My approach to Lomi Lomi Nui is a fusion of intuition, technique, love, trust, creativity and rhythm - much like creating a living work of art or writing a story, guided and challenged by the flow and depth of the ocean. 

Each session is a sensitive, unfolding narrative as intuition guides the touch and technique provides the structure. Love and creativity flow together, responding to the unique needs of the body, while trust creates a safe, healing space. 

My Lomi Lomi Rituals sessions, which last between 1.5 and 2 hours, begin with a thoughtful conversation to establish a trusting connection and cultivate a safe, supportive environment. The sessions are carefully crafted to facilitate a profound journey of self-reconnection, fostering deep relaxation, releasing emotional blockages and cultivating a transformative sense of renewal - paving the way for a rebirth into a more balanced and empowered life.

After each Lomi Lomi Ritual, as an artist I create a small painting that captures the emotional core of my perspective of our shared experience. 

The painting is sent by post as the final piece of the ritual and serves as a memento to remind you of the session. Sending this personal keepsake prolongs our Lomi Lomi Nui experience simply by evoking fond memories.
 

This bodywork reaches the individual's soul and the energetic effects will transport you to a state of bliss, leaving you feeling relaxed, uplifted, rejuvenated and inspired.

Lomi Lomi acts as a moving meditation that quiets the mental chatter and opens you up to intuition and inspiration. It enhances skills such as visualisation, metaphor-making and free association - all of which are vital to creativity. The emotional release that often accompanies a Lomi Lomi session can release creative blockages and restore passion for one's work and life. It can revitalise your artistic process and bring deeper authenticity, passion and meaning to your daily life and work.

About me: 

I am a Portuguese artist and Lomi Lomi Nui practitioner who grew up by and with the sea.

I graduated from the University of Arts and Design in Porto, Portugal and have been involved in human expression as a martial arts teacher, visual artist and Argentinean tango dancer.

I began my journey as a Lomi Lomi Nui practitioner at the renowned Schloss-Schule St. Georgen in Austria, after starting my studies in Porto, where I first discovered my passion for this therapeutic practice.
