The Earth is our home. We chose her to nurture us on this journey of joy, pain, compassion and love. She’s our mother - she holds us, loves us and teaches us the lessons we need to accomplish in order to live a happy and fulfilled life. 

Developing a good connection to our mother helps us to understand why we came here, what our purpose is and why this time/space reality is important for our individual and collective evolution. 

In this meditation we are opening a space, that allows us to root deep into the ground - connecting with all layers of the earth and anchors us in this third dimension density. All of the above is necessary to develop an understanding of our higher self, finding our true nature and establishing a communication to the stars and the heavens.

    Sophie came here to support people in looking beyond their conditioning, to find their true nature to simple live a happy and joyful life.

    She deeply knows that freedom lies underneath all that fears, doubts and shame and holds the vision for humankind to break the cycles of those emotions passed down over generations. 

    She's also the co-founder of Herbarium Officinale.

    Earth Meditation with Sophie for me always is a new experience, which plunges me deep into the roots of my knowledge. Various techniques for connecting with the Earth help cleanse/activate the work of 1 chakra Muladhara - and this is the basis for excellent well-being. It is very important for a woman to feel the ground under her feet and throw off everything unnecessary/destructive/outdated in order to bring joy and fulfillment into this world.
