What is TCM?
TCM is an acronym for traditional Chinese medicine, which is based on centuries-old knowledge. Through herbs, nutrition, and therapy methods such as acupuncture and moxibustion, TCM stands above all for the disease prevention, so that we don't get sick in the first place. Thus, it can relieve and support conventional medicine, which is based on treatment and takes effect when we are already ill.
As a TCM nutritionist, I focus on what we eat and herbs that can be used to support it. This is one of the pillars of TCM and aims to individually adjust eating habits. That means adapted to life and lifestyle, as well as nutritional behavior and well-being. There is no one-size-fits-all solution here.
With which complaints/life situations can TCM nutrition help:
- Digestive problems (gas, bloating, constipation, cravings, ...)
- heartburn
- migraines and headaches
- Susceptibility to infection (often sniffles or ailing, ...)
- General malaise, little drive, tiredness, poor and light sleep
- Menstrual cramps and PMS (pain, breast tenderness, missed periods, …)
- Skin problems (blemishes, acne, psoriasis, eczema, dry skin,…)

About me
I am a freelance TCM nutritionist, nutritionist and yoga teacher. After studying nutritional science at the University of Vienna, I found a way through TCM nutritional advice to advise people holistically on their nutrition.
My passion is to connect different worlds. A person has individual needs, I first get to know them, in order to then find an individual way to feed and move through the bundled knowledge of natural science, alternative medicine and movement, and also to accompany them.
Through my work, I support my clients in adapting their eating and cooking habits in such a way that they support general well-being and prevent possible complaints. Which foods/spices/drinks are associated with which symptoms? And can they be used in a targeted manner or avoided?
I'm happy for you! If you have any questions, please write to me info@leasophiebuechele.com
Please note:
TCM nutritional advice serves to harmonize the body's own energetic system or of self-healing power and is NOT a substitute for medical diagnoses or treatments.
